229 Student Fund Raising 229. STUDENT FUND RAISING The Board of Directors believes that students and/or organizations involved in sales or solicitations shall be carefully regulated and not become unduly competitive with local merchants. Students of the district shall not participate in sales or solicitations that may reflect in a negative manner on themselves and/or the school district. The Board directs the Superintendent to develop administrative guidelines which involves sales or solicitations by students.
