231 Student Activity Program 231. STUDENT ACTIVITY PROGRAM The Board recognizes that participation in athletic and non-athletic school-sponsored activities promotes student development and education. The Board desires to provide for the smooth functioning of all school-sponsored activities, and the Board, through its administrative staff, requires that administrative guidelines be followed in changing the activity program and personnel.
