235.1. STUDENT DISRUPTION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

The Board desires to maintain an "atmosphere" within its educational facilities which is conductive to uninterrupted learning and free from physical harm for students and employes, and which preserves the integrity of school property.
The Board directs the Superintendent to develop administrative guidelines to deal with students and/or others whose actions infringe upon the rights of others. The intent of the Board is to deal with disruptive students and/or others in accordance with the statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the regulations set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
