422 Gifts 422. GIFTS The Board considers the acceptance of gifts by professional staff members an undesirable practice. It is the policy of the Board that staff members may accept gifts only of a consumable nature or a nominal value from students or parents. The Superintendent may approve acts of generosi ty to individual administrative staff members in un usual situations and shall report such instances to the Board on a timely basis.
