308.2 Employment of a Director Administrative Services 308.2. EMPLOYMENT OF A DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES The Board, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, shall execute an employment contract hiring a Director of Administrative Services. The Director of Administrative Services shall be supervised and evaluated by the Superintendent. The dismissal or continued employment of the Director of Administrative Services shall be carried out by the Board as defined by law and with the recommendation of the Superintendent. S/he shall perform such duties as defined in the job description for the position. The contract shall include the period of employment, starting salary, benefits, and other related matters of employment.
