802 School Organization 802. SCHOOL ORGANIZATION The Board recognizes that the organizational structure of the district can help achieve a more effective instructional program and a more efficient operation. Upon the approval of the Department of Education, the schools of this district shall be organized by schools as follows: Kelly Elementary Schoolgrades K to 3Linntown Elementary Schoolgrades 4 to 5 e Schoolgrades 6 to 8School.grades 9 to 12 The Superintendent shall continually monitor the effectiveness of the schools' organizational plan and recommend to the Board such modifications in the plan which are in the best interests of the students, make the wisest use of district resources and serve the educational goals of this Board.
