803 School Calendar 803. SCHOOL CALENDAR The Board recognizes that the preparation of a calendar is necessary for the efficient operation of the district. The Board shall determine annually the days and the hours when the schools shall be in session for in structional purposes in accordance with State law. Annually, the Superintendent shall propose a school calendar to the Board for adoption.The Board reserves the right to alter the school calendar when it is in the best interests of the district.
