607 Tuition Income 607. TUITION INCOME The Board shall assess tuition charges for non-resident students in accordance with the school code. Tuition rates shall be determined annually by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The Director of Administrative Services shall invoice the tuition charges for approved nonresident students. Tuition shall be billed monthly in advance of attendance. Final payment shall be due and payable within sixty (60) days of the nonresident student's last regularly scheduled school day.
